John "The Real Digg" Trigg

John is a professional boxer with over 13 years experience in the world of boxing. He was a former Golden Glove Champion in his amateur career making the switch to professional boxing after only two years. Over the years, John has fought tough competitors in his career including Juan Diaz, Oscar Diaz, Nate Campbell, Kendall Holt and many others.  He continues to compete on the professional circuit while training others at OTR. Travis "Ironman" Bowers

 Head Trainer/Owner

 

Travis has a real passion for the sport of boxing and his enthusiasm shows when training his students. He is an instructor who is determined to help people become the best they can be as a boxer. Travis lives up to his boxing name where he practices the same determination in his own life as he expects from his students. He is also a former Golden Glove Champion, taking the title at the unheard of age of 32. Contact via email.

 

Julie "Babydoll" Daniels

Asst. Trainer

 

Julie received her certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a certified personal trainer. She assists John and Travis in teaching at OTR as well as competing at the amateur level in boxing.  Contact at www.buildingabetterbody.com or via email.

 

Rocky

Asst. Trainer

 

Rocky is an ex-marine who joined the gym in 2007.  He is an experienced "cut man" in boxing and is often seen holding the mitts for John and Travis at OTR.

 

Paul "Superman" Squires

MMA Trainer

 

Paul is a local school resource officer and a professional boxer who trains under John Trigg. Paul incorporates the various techniques he has learned from his careers into his teaching methods and will be teaching MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) at OTR in the near future. Contact  (678) 863-0483
