Terms of the Agreement:

(A) Ring technicians must have DIRECT access; an 8’ x 16’ trailer and pick up truck must be able to be parked within 30 feet of set up location. Additional distance, elevators,     stairs, corridors etc. will result in additional fees.

(B) *The base price rental is for a 8 hour period for any location up to 50 miles from OTR.   Set up takes approximately 2 hours.  Clock starts when set-up is complete.  For rentals over 50 miles, there will be an additional fee of $. 48 (fourty-eight cents) per mile each way. The overtime charge is $100.00 per hour.

(C) No heeled shoes with fewer circumferences than a dime are permitted on our floor canvas. (Ex. Heeled shoes from ring girls or announcers)

(D) The base of total rental fee is due PRIOR to the beginning of the event.  Overtime fees must be paid prior to the end of the event. Payment must be made in cash or cashiers check.  Credit Cards are not accepted.

(E) Vehicle parking accommodations & penalties are the promoter’s responsibility.

(G) Ring must be in like condition after event.  If any damage is incurred to ring during event the promoter agrees to be billed for repair.

(H) OTR does not assume any liablity for injuries sustained during the course of the event.

Please call OTR to verify the availabilty of the ring prior to completing this form. Half of the ring rental cost will be required as a deposit prior to securing the rental.
