Off the Ropes Boxing employees two full time trainers and several part time instructors who are available to meet the wide variety needs of our clients. Our head trainers are USA Boxing certified coaches and are well established in both the amature and professional realm of boxing.

Ring

Off The Ropes uses a 18 X 18  ring that is also used for many  amautur and professional bouts outside our facilities. Our students are able to train and participate in boxing matches inside an offical ring. This experience is invaluable and builds  confidence for those who choose to compete in sacationed events at a later time.
