Off the Ropes Boxing thrives on maintaining the highest standard in fitness. Whether you are interested in a fun form of recreational fitness or training to become a professional boxer, OTR has a program for you.

There are several classes to choose from at convenient times for the whole family. The classes are taught in a non-threatening environment by professional instructors. Each instructor has years of experience and proven techniques to help you reach your goals. Sparring is optional at OTR and no one is forced to participate in any activity that they may feel uncomfortable.
